To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to thank The North Carolina Visitor Center for their excellent service provided during our email marketing campaign. In my opinion, the level of service that the owners and staff extended was far beyond our expectations.
The Editor was always available to answer questions and even offered suggestions on what would work best for our specific needs. Our purpose was to bring awareness to our college through this campaign, and that’s exactly what it did! We were able to reach thousands of potential students through their extensive database.
In an age where customer service is dwindling, it was refreshing to work with a business that would take the time to walk you through their process. The North Carolina Visitor Center should be held up as an example for others to try to replicate. Thanks to the NC Visitor Center for providing great customer service and support!
